From 1st October, the way you access a GP appointment will be changing

All patients who request to see a GP will need to complete our non-urgent medical request online form. This is available through our website or the NHS App. Our receptionist can also complete this for you on the telephone or at our reception desk.

Our GPs will triage your form within 3 to 5 working days, efficiently getting you to the right healthcare professional or service, in the appropriate time frame (including consideration of continuity of care) moving away from a ‘first come first served approach’.

Online appointments

We have increased the number of online appointments and now can send patients a booking link for medication reviews, long-term conditions reviews and blood tests, along with flu clinics, baby immunisations and many other types of appointments.
